I’m working in Latakia International Container Terminal (LICT) since 2009, that enhanced me dealing with computer world including networks, hardware, software, and advanced communication skills with people. moreover, I worked as Technical support coordinator and 4 years as IT help desk supervisor. I have many tasks to do some of them:
n IT field I’m working to resolve network issues, configuring operating systems, and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. Using IT Web Help Desk, emails, and chat applications to give users quick answers to simple IT issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, contact users via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Ask users targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
Talk to users through a series of actions, either IT web portal, via phone, email, or chat, until I’ve solved a technical issue.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. Telecoms team, NOC or SysAdmin)
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users.
Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Follow up with users to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
Prepare accurate and timely reports
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Maintain jovial relationships with users
Experience of more than ten years:
– Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, Windows networks, file servers, and network cabling.
– Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
– Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
– Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
– Install computer peripherals for users.
– Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
– Maintain inventory of IT assets and warranty information.
– Maintain a computer imaging solution.
I have wide background in IT Technical support, I’m highly organized, time management skills, fast learning, and ready to developer and obtain new abilities, enhance my career skills in administration filled and administration office works.
I’m specialized in Technical support for all Windows systems, and Network infrastructure support, my mental is familiar with numbers and the counts and acuter in appointments and manages the work multiple work tasks
More than that I’m good in Microsoft Office programs, office tasks and documents, communication skills, good feasibility studies to medium company, and have also been effective in explaining complex information on many programs.
