• Schedule, track and ensure completion of quality system audits and reports.
• Planning and conducting ISO internal audit.
• Perform all necessary administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, records, etc.
• Ensure inventory is updated, as required, when receiving/issuing supplies and equipment.
• Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
• Analyze and investigate complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Training
• Identify training and development needs within the organization
• Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
• Assist in the evaluation of training programs.
• Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
