1- Data Conditioning Specialist 

Employee will identify, collect, verify, and tag important sources of digital- and web-based data from a wide array of data sources.  Employee must have native or near-native fluency in the target language in order to collect foreign media and foreign open source information for inclusion in reports and analytical deliverables.  Daily cultivation and harvesting of web-based and offline data for possible translation or analysis.    Ability to work remotely.  

2-Country Specialist 

Employee must have native or near-native fluency in the target language. Identifies appropriate content and articles for translation.  Assesses the intellectual or strategic value of collected information.  Analyzes and writes reports from foreign language content.  Assesses importance of foreign language content and ranks importance of source information for translation and inclusion in databases and other archived media formats.   Ability to work remotely. 

3-Translators:

Employee must have native or near-native fluency in the target language.  After selection of targeted foreign media content, translator will provide gist and summary translations, as well as full-length translations of foreign open source information.  Translator will be responsible for translation of a specific number of pages per month on a regular production cycle.  Specific subject matter expertise is also of interest including military affairs, technology, physics, economics, politics, etc.    Ability to work remotely.

4-Editors:

Edit and release translations and reports and do quality control. 

Edit English-language summaries and translations for accuracy (original source  material will be in foreign language); 

Compile a standardized set of keywords for common foreign language translations/terms and ensure standardized language is applied across all products; 

Maintain a consistent format for sourcing across all products; 

Organize and lead writing improvement sessions for team members; 

Provide linguistic and cultural expertise for ongoing projects.
