Hi, this is Aya Ahmed. I graduated in 2009 with a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems, earning a 'Very Good' grade. I’ve completed several certifications, including CCNA for networking and Data Analysis, and I also gained experience as an ICDL Trainer at Ibdaa Academy. Regarding my work experience, I have a strong background in e-commerce and site management. I previously worked as an App Manager at Hoods and as a Shopify Store Administrator for Naya Store. And, I worked a WordPress Administrator at Pets Home, where I manage technical operations and site maintenance.. Thank you
