To give you a brief overview of my professional journey, I bring over 17 years of solid experience in the banking sector, specifically with Commercial International Bank (CIB) In my most recent role as a Senior Quality Assurance Officer, I spent nearly six years leading QA reviews for collection calls, auditing delinquent accounts, evaluating team performance against KPIs, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance policies and regulations. Before that, as a Senior Collection Officer, I successfully managed complex loan, card, and payroll portfolios, consistently hitting our recovery targets and resolving escalated customer issues. Early in my career, I also built a strong foundation in retail banking as a Retail Banking Officer, handling branch sales, account openings, and customer service, alongside brief initial experience in sales and reservations within the travel industry. Throughout my career, I have prided myself on driving operational accuracy, minimizing risk, supporting data-driven decision-making through detailed reporting, and maintaining high standards of compliance.
