ERP Consultant(Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365)

I am in charge of the Financial and Supply Chain Group of consultant, with responsibility both for Programme Management of large-scale Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Microsoft Dynamics D365 implementations and the delivery of large, complex or high-profile projects. - My responsibility also includes looking after the Continuing Professional Development Programme for Financials and Supply Chain staff and the maintenance of the quality of professional input to the Support Group who provide support services to customers in all market segments. - Implement Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Financial & Trade and Logistics, Financial I, Financial II, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain Foundation, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Data import and export framework.  Functional Consultant Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Responsibilities: - Perform on-site consulting services for implementation projects, including but not limited. - Understand, communicate, interpret, and document business processes and requirements. - Create and develop design specifications including gap/fit analysis documentation. - Configure Dynamics AX environment to meet client requirements. - Work with technical team to design, test, and implement customization. - Provide end-user training and end-user support throughout the implementation - Perform ongoing support services to existing clients as needed by email/phone support and on-site visits. - Develop and continually refine ERP implementation standards and tools/documents. - Utilize ERP implementation standards and tools/documents. - Participate in project quality assurance process as appropriate. - Provide sales support as needed such as Demo’s and presales Opportunities. - Participate in user group meetings as a presenter/subject matter expert resource. - Perform mentoring and/or coaching to team members and share knowledge among all team members. - Communicate with technical services team to ensure a project’s technical requirements are met. - Master Data Uploading using Data Import and Export Framework. - Some Customization by using AOT platform.
