Maintain Bank accounts balance in Amman & Dubai. 5. Prepare monthly payments (contracts, rent, telephone bills, water bills, electricity bills) 6.Maintain foreign currencies. 7.Handle depreciations and account reconciliation. HR Officer 1.Maintain employee records (attendance, vacations, data etc.) according to policy. 2.Handle health insurance IT Officer 1.Handle all IT problems and errors for the employees 2.Look for best PC tools offers 3.Purchase the suitable tools matching company hardware catalogue. 4.Install and prepare PCs for the new employees 5.Backup the data on company server 6.Handle users access and permissions through specific systems UMS & one Identity Local Compliance Officer: 1.Make sure that all employees aware about company compliance 2.Organize, conduct, and enforce compliance training locally 3.Coordinate and support the implementation and communication of the code of conduct.
