ERP System Supervisor
Experience ERP Systems Supervisor MANASEER INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX – MANASEER GROUP) / Amman- Jordan / Working from 2014 - till now ERP System supervisor, responsible on the systems business and analysis and the flow cycles , below mention the job role · Determine ERP needs, design customized ERP solutions, and integrate ERP technologies with existing systems. · Educate internal and external users on ERP best practices on company Branches in Jordan and the other regional offices. · Work through and document internal business procedures and processes. · Identify, design, and implement creative business solutions to continually improve Company’s methodology and approach. · Recommend suitable functional approaches for optimizations. · Document and deliver project status to the management on a regular basis task, overall project status, issues, risks · Participate in the integration of companies on a common ERP platform • Assist in go-live support of end users · Analyze and troubleshoot the ERP functional issues and manage communications with the vendor including the ability to handle escalated issues. · Train and support other team members in implementing and supporting the end users • Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation. • Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements. • Writing customized programs, as well as configuring ERP applications. • Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance. • Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes. • Adhering to company policies and industry regulations • coordinate with other branches of the company to ensure their needs are met in any upgrades of the system. • Supervise and Operate the Organization ERP System (Eskadinia software for below modules o SCM – including Purchasing full cycle, Sales, and inventory o Accounts & Finance (Chart of Account, Voucher Transactions, Receivable and Payable) 2 o Workflow-Build Work flow forms and process to apply company authority matrix on approvals o Audit Trial – Track Transaction and action son system insert, update and delete o Report Builder – Build Reports from queries o CRM – Accounts ,leads , opportunities Quotations . o Manufacturing – BOM , orders ,production process QC & QA till receipt finished products . o IMS - integrated management system for customer complaints and tickets • Supervise and administrator for API PRO system (Maintenance system Denmark), including installing, configuration and Integration with the other systems. • Analysis reports using POWER BI. Full Time Trainer PC.NET Work /Amman Jordan 2011-2013 Working as full-time trainer in IT department for the following courses · ICDL (word-excel-access-outlook-power point) · Excel and excel advance · Power points and presentations techniques
