responsible for the project technical and financial sides and reporting to the donor. monitor the implementation and achievement of PIE standards, there will also be 4 full time Field Officers, which their main responsibility is to monitor the implementation in their Governorates and provide support to partners not only for the project, but if required, in other areas e.g. finance, operations, etc.

- responsible for producing project progress reports aligned with the contractual commitments and obligations as enshrined in the project Partnership Agreement, tracking and monitoring activity progress, ensure activity implementation abides with the set indicators, provide accurate and timely status reports and support development of external donor reports.
- facilitate regular collaborative partner and other staff reflection and coordination meetings and to ensure effective implementation of project activities as per the set timelines and develop mechanism for implementation plan review and modification to achieve the set objectives.
- oversee project budget - monitoring expenditures, generating funds forecasts, tracking partner expenditures and maintaining all necessary information for the timely development of financial reports. - responsible for ensuring that the financial reporting to ECHO abides by the prescribed templates of the donor.
- ensure that Plan Egypt’s relevant policies on gender, child protection, child and youth safeguarding, monitoring and evaluation and team security management are embedded into the project implementation plans
