Key job responsibilities:
*Recruitment:
- Searching for suitable candidates according to the available job vacancies.
- Interviews, comparison and selection.
- Preparing contracts and employment files.
*Onboarding stage:
- Working on the government platform (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad).
- Working on HR systems such as MenaItech, ZenHR.
- Provide the medical insurances.
*Training and development:
- Prepare and provide the necessary induction and training programs for new employees.
- Selecting the necessary training courses for current employees and making training schedules.
- Motivating and rewarding employees in order and coordination with management.
*Monitoring and evaluation:
- Follow-up with new and existing employees.
- Evaluate employees on a weekly and monthly basis.
*Personnel tasks:
- Work on (salaries, vacations, attendance, termination and end of service procedures).
- implement HR strategies, regulations and internal circulars.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
