HR TASKS:
o Recruitment: following up the recruitment process including both (on boarding & off boarding) cycle.
o Pay Roll: processing on Hits payroll system.
o Training: assisting on some of training procedures such as the (PMS) Performance Management System.
o Handling both Medical & Life insurance issues for all employees.
o Provide support to employees in various HR-related and resolve any issues that may arise.
Personnel Tasks:
o Issuing HR letter for all purposes and dealing with banks, embassies, governmental institutions.
o Administer the reports payroll system (leaves, missions, employee data base, over time).
o Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Admin Tasks:
o Supervise all administrations activities include Ticket booking, hotel booking, issuing travel advance.
o In charge of setting up and maintain Administration filing systems.
o In charge of receiving employees’ leaves, absent forms & O.T permissions.
