My name is Ahlam, I’m 25 years old. I graduated from the Faculty of Commerce (English Section) with a Good grade.
I completed an internship at Cairo Bank, and worked for one month at Vodafone as a Telesales Agent during the summer period.
I also joined other bank internships, including Banque Misr and CIB.
After graduation, I worked at WE as a Technical Support Agent, where I learned how to handle customers’ requests effectively. Even when I couldn’t fully solve their issues, I always made sure they were satisfied with the service.
Later, I worked for one year in Qatar as an Accountant at a small and medium-sized company called Size Run Trading. My main responsibilities included recording daily financial transactions using Excel sheets.
Currently, I’m working as a Freelance Recruiter.
Through these experiences, I’ve gained strong skills in customer service, telesales, and communication. I’m eager to continue learning and developing my skills in the sales field.
I have good problem-solving and time management skills, and I’m able to handle multiple tasks professionally at the same time.
As for my areas of improvement, I can be a bit of a perfectionist because I always want customers to be fully satisfied. I sometimes take on too many tasks since I enjoy being productive and helpful. I’m also working on improving my confidence when speaking with new customers
