• office Administration - Provide professional administrative support to management team.
• Prepare purchase requisition/purchase orders for the station and insure the items are correct.
• Updating site store with in/out items with will be needed for.

• Follow up Preparing time sheet and cost center for all labor.
• Updating Daily reports for site activities.
• Establish and implement guidelines, deadlines and procedures for the processing of payroll.
• Handle employees' overtime and time allocation and include in payroll.
• Review time sheets, work sheets and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
• Managed office supplies inventory and placed orders when necessary.
• Maintained positive working relationship with fellow staff and management.
• Worked closely with human resources to support employee management and organizational planning.
