PRO for one of the leading law firms in Qatar and the Middle East. Responsible for the corporate, related HR, and employee onboarding tasks for the law firm and various client entities.
Draft and review all immigration and employment documentation for employees to ensure a smooth and swift processing and onboarding of employees to the law firm. Advise legal associates on processes and work on Ministry forms for clients.
Assist in establishing companies in the State of Qatar, obtaining relevant licenses and approvals as per the company’s permitted activities.
Obtain licenses from the various Ministries in Doha, liaise with the Ministry officials and managers, and advise the associates of the law firm for the various legal and corporate queries. This includes visits and meetings with the following Ministries:
- Ministry of Commerce & Industry
- Ministry of Justice
- Ministry of Interior (Immigration Department)
- Ministry of Labour & Social Affairs

- Ministry of Municipality and Environment
- Ministry of Public Health

Assist and advise on matters related to obtaining Commercial Registrations, Trade Licenses, Immigration/Computer Cards, and ensure that the Articles of Association and Board Resolutions are properly drafted, signed and attested.
Consult with legal partners on broad range of corporate and financial transactions. Assisted on major restructuring and international acquisition, attending relevant Board Meetings with various shareholders and directors in order to advise the Board on proper procedures to finalize the transaction and close the deal.
Maintain corporate records and process all licenses for renewal. Read and keep up with all new legislation in the State of Qatar, along with relevant by-laws and Ministerial circulars.
