:Operation Supervisor

This position involves the management of the signal timing operations for the city
of Riyadh, in Saudi Arabia, from the newly established Traffic Management Centre.
This includes:
1- The application of the Trans Suite Traffic Control System to ensure the effective
use of traffic signal timing plans and strategies to monitor traffic and detect
incidents from CCTV.
2- Report any such events detected to the concerned party or its associated
applications in real time.
3- Providing the Best Course of Action such as signal timing plan adjustments.
4- Reporting and Information Sharing including emergency situations when
required to all associated Stakeholder.
5- Working with maintenance teams to ensure that system faults are identified and
resolved.
6- Liaising with stakeholders in order to coordinate TMC activities for high profile
special events as well as daily operational activities.
7- Cooperation with the Traffic Police Department to handles the incident.
8- Cooperation with the traffic engineer to time plan for intersections.
9- Reporting and Information.
