Responsible for managing the accounts of one of the branches of Mohsen Somaa EST In JEDDAH to operate
restaurants and cafes.
Record the daily expenses and revenues of the activity
prepare the monthly income list for the branch
prepare the monthly salaries lists for employees
responsible for purchases of the activity and the accounts of the suppliers
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

Receive, review and registers customer’s spare parts orders, RFPs, or RFQs
Review technical specifications and examination of damaged parts and advise customers correct part
numbers or suitable substitution using parts catalogue and equipment S/N
Parts pricing (get EXW prices, negotiate about abnormal prices and get suitable discount from supplier, prices
analysis &using suitable rate to calculate parts unit price.
preparing technical & commercial sales offers including suitable offer’s terms and conditions, archiving and
sending to clients
Attend & Prepare tender's & practice's technical & financial proposals
Monitor & analyze parts’ stock availability to maintain the minimum required stock quantities
Execute inventory control measures to minimize stock holding & maximizes stock movement
Prepare & following up stocking purchasing strategy to achieve sales plans targets
Conduct monthly sales report recording sales volume compared to sales target & lost sales
Declare invoicing for financial team to match purchase orders.
Create and prepare sales databases with items, customers, and invoices
Create and prepare databases of current customers and details of sales operations
Follow up on daily sales visits
