HR Manager

    To plan, organize and manage all aspects of the HR function in the agency to enable the Business Unit to meet
    Manage manpower cost as per plan/ budget
    Develop Job descriptions for all positions.
    Monitor & ensure performance management system (PMS) is fair and transparent.
    Monitor & ensure timely completion of the appraisal process and ensuring highest quality standards
    Team Management
    Keeping the team engaged and motivated
    Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
    Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
    Responsible for the full recruitment and selection process for all departments; sourcing, screening, headhunting, interviewing, checking references for potential candidates..
    Develop and continuously review recruitment and sourcing strategy in order to ensure quality manpower hiring.
    Update and maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law.
    Preparing and executing all related Operations to Payroll payments, Social Insurance, and Income taxes.
    Design and implement company policies.
    Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office and social insurance authorities and build a strong relationship.
