Telecommunications Officer
. Communicate with as many beneficiary customers as possible by phone to
find out where they live
. Making an appointment with the beneficiary customer for the data collection
team to visit them
. After the visit is completed by the data collectors, we make the necessary
contacts to ensure that the visit is carried out as required.
Teem Leader
•Lead and manage a team of thirty people between the ages of 18-30
•Communicate daily with sixty beneficiary customers in the field to inform
them of the time of their visit
•Coordinate the movement of vehicles and continuous communication
between data collectors to reach the homes of beneficiary clients
•Check with the data collectors after the data collection process is completed
to ensure that the beneficiaries' information has been received as required
Field Official
. Leading and coordinating the field movements of the field team: distribution
- registration - home evaluation
. Calling beneficiary clients daily in advance to inform them to come and
receive the food ration
. The mechanism has evolved to sending text messages to customers instead
of calling by phone, including the date and the documents required to be
brought in order to receive the food ration
. Accurately enter information every day and prepare daily reports
. Team management and resolving issues immediately.
Distribution Deputy
. Prepare monthly and annual reports
. Supervise the distribution process on a daily basis and resolve any issues in a
timely manner
. Communicate directly with local communities and municipalities on an
ongoing basis to keep them updated on customer behaviour
. Taking the necessary measures to facilitate the distribution process.
Customer Success Associate
- Being the first point of contact for customers and handle all customers
inquires.
- Building relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfactions with
the company’s products and services.
- Assisting customers with any issues or problems they may have.
- Providing customer support via phone, email and live chat.
- Answering customer questions and providing information about the
company’s products and services.
- Making recommendation to customers about the company’s product and
services.
- Recording customers feedback and suggestions.
- Accept orders by phone, internet apps and social media apps.
- Entering data in Arabic and in English.
