1-daily tasks: a- Checking the servers and their working mechanism and making
sure that the backup server is working well .
b- Checking the server resources and using them normally in the operating system.
c- Checking the status of the hard disks in the NVR device in the service branches.
2- Solving problems facing servers as quickly as possible.
3- Build a spare exhange server.
4- Work to close the gaps related to the servers and install the necessary updates
to limit any penetration in the operating system and the database.
5- Work on filtering and blocking incoming emails when any threat is detected.
6- Work on building tools to help manage servers.
7- Domain controller management through: GPO, Active directory (all rules), DNS
server, DHCP Protocol.
8- Manage e-mail servers and monitor their status.
9- Managing the anti-virus server and limiting any threat that may come from the
Internet
System Administrator
1- Provide support at the level of network equipment, servers management and
troubleshooting in the fastest time.
2- Maintain data by backing up periodically using Veeam Backup.
3- Equipping the servers with the appropriate systems and putting them into
service.
4- Monitor the Business Security Solution.
Technical Support Officer
1- Monitoring the status of the network in company’s braches.
2- In addition to some of the tasks assigned in cooperation with the Information System Department, which
are:
Monitor the Business Security Solution.
Troubleshoot any issue related to the Business Security Solution.
Implement the client solution in the new branches or devices.
Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions,
group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring.
3- Check the hardware status and solve the errors related to the operating system.
4- Solve printer problems and connect them to printer servers.
5- Involved in the roll-out of software updates and patches.
6- Install, modifies, and makes major repairs to computer hardware and software systems.
7- Install software and necessary applications for workflow.
8- Resolve technical requests or problems sent by email or on call and troubleshoot technical and
business issues to maintain productivity.
Training on conducting a periodic examination of the network system, computers and printers in the
contracted companies.
Specialized in administration, design and security of the network, and their development in this field in order to
fix the gaps that may affect the Network.
