Information Unit Coordinator
•Ensure data quality by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving
discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete
documents to the Data Officer for resolution.
•Provide periodic reports regarding the activities implemented.
•Periodic follow-up and correction of the data entered into the
beneficiary management system
•Providing the necessary technical support to the center’s
employees regarding the beneficiary management system
•Periodic coordination with the monitoring and data analysis team in
the management of the program
•Contribute to the analysis of data and information to obtain
statistics that help in the planning process
•Work on the development of the beneficiaries management system
•Providing support to the program as needed and assisting with any
tasks assigned by the administration

•Communicate with companies that have job opportunities and
know the required qualifications
•Selection of suitable people from the beneficiaries of the center
•Coordination between the company and the applicant
•Follow up of candidates before, during and after job interviews
•Provide suggestions to develop work on applications and files used
in registering beneficiary data
Volunteer
•Implementation of recreational activities for children inside and
outside the center
•Presenting initiatives to the local community and contributing to
their implementation
•Work as a trainer: Excel, PowerPoint, Mental Math for children and
youth
Cash Assistant
- Periodically following up on the center’s needs for maintenance,
electricity, water and telephone services, the building, and providing
stationery, fuel and activity supplies.
- Vehicle tracking and management.
- Updating data on the administrative resources system periodically and
preparing reports.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of guarding and cleanliness operations at the
center.
- Inventory the stores periodically
Distribution Officer
- During the emergency response to the earthquake in the Al-Hamdanieh
CC.
- Participate in the elaboration of beneficiary lists according to the
established criteria.
- Organize preparations before distribution such as registration, voucher
distribution, record
keeping and informing the beneficiaries.
- Ensure the reception of the kits, check that the quality is in accordance
with the standards.
- Contribute to the complaints, feedback and response mechanism in place
during the distributions.
- Participate in post-distribution monitoring and satisfaction surveys.
