*Carry out all the responsibilities in accordance with the company's approved
policy and procedures.

*Collect rent amount and any outstanding payments .

*Send renewal notices/vacating procedures and respond to the clients related queries.

*Coordinate with the other division's to inspect the empty unit and prepare the checkout report.

*Updating the unit in the internal system according to its status.

*Complete the daily tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner .

*Receiving the client's complains and trying to resolve their issues.
