• Participate in the hole recruitment process ( receiving PRF, Advertising, Longlisting ,shortlisting, Interviews and contracting)
• Prepare monthly payroll with the supporting documents.

• Organize new employee orientation process, as per systems, policies and procedures
• Responsible to ensure that the new employee staff card is issued
• Manager HR Assistant work and provide trainings to her.
• Assisting employees in identification of training or already approved training.
• Responsible to ensure up gradation and maintenance of MC HR training data
• Conducting trainings and other human resource development activities
• Identify training and development needs of the staff on quarterly basis and submitting a report
• Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities.
• Intimating the supervisors about their annual appraisals / probationary reviews to be conducted with a deadline
• Ensure effective performance management according to the Performance Management system.
• Ensure facilitation and documentation of the performance appraisal system.
• Provide basic counseling to staff that have performance related obstacles.
• Reference and RPS check of the selected candidate.
