The main role was the application programming and software as per customer's request and give him a
comprehensive educational program cycle with regular maintenance and the possibility of the development of the
Program on demand in the future
Database Administration
The main role was responsible for database administration and the creation of statements that are
required to provide all sections of the company with everything that is related to the saved data archive
and configure structured and coordinated so as to facilitate any data request process.
/ IT Specialist/
This role involves working on the company's system, which represents the company’s control of the department
stores and sales together in the main and sends daily reports, weekly and monthly.
o Configure the internal telephone network special company to facilitate communication between staff and periodic
maintenance process
o Company processing inputs and computer printers installing and maintained on a regular basis for each of the
company's departments
Demand Planning and Inventory Control Manager
Direct manager for all store, warehouse and service center in south Iraq and North Iraq (Kurdistan)
o Responsible for creating orders and Forecasting for Four service branches, analyzing stock data from all service
locations.
o - Warehouses Operation : Supervises & Trains Store keepers as make sure the stock is under control
o -Manage and oversee logistics, 3PL, packing, labeling for the items that transferred between branches.
o Responsible for establishing and implementing improved controls, monitoring, tracking processes and reporting.
o -Reporting and Analysis: Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports with the necessary analysis.
o Implements and develops all the technical services policies, procedures and effective work flow and merges it with
the Customer Care Department in order to complete the cycle.
o Checks the analysis reports to measure the LTR, RRR, productivity from the Technical Team Leader.
o Reviews and approves the technician’s & QC incentives monthly.
o Reviews and approves needed POs for TS Dep.
o Updates Pricing Structure of Spare Parts upon needed.
o -Reverse Logistic: Responsible about the Product Recall process by collecting the faulty items from all branches and
preparing monthly shipments with the necessary documents and coordinate with the Carrier to pick-up the Shipment
for Samsung.
o Pricing: Responsible to put criteria for pricing the spare parts
