- Develop the pricing strategy in collaboration with management based on market research and feasibility study.
- Forecast the department’s annual budget and structure according to the company’s business plan.
- Create an operational business plan aligned with the objectives of the CEO and top management.
- Establish or update sales processes and procedures in accordance with company policies, in coordination with responsible managers.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and policies across all departments.
- Manage and monitor authority levels for each role in the CRM system.
- Create company projects in the CRM system, including pricing, unit types, layouts, and other relevant information provided by the development department.
- Manage the rotation of direct and indirect leads to sales teams in the CRM system.
- Enhance and develop the CRM system based on business needs.
- Manage and monitor project inventory according to sales requirements and project absorption.
- Plan, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate inventory management activities.
- Develop and communicate operational policies and procedures for inventory management.
- Monitor inventory levels, movements, and identify any gaps.
- Update and implement company offers, discounts, and new selling initiatives in the system.
- Create various payment methods based on delivery percentage standards.
- Design “NPV” calculators for customized payment methods to boost salesforce and completed deals.
- Systematize sales performance reports as required.
- Manage the CRM and sales admin team to improve SLA (service level agreement) for all sales back-office tasks.
- Coordinate with sales teams on brokers’ documents, contracts, performance, and commission incentives.
- Monitor, analyze, and prepare sales reports and lead qualifications to support management’s future plans.
- Calculate sales commissions for the sales team in accordance with company policy.
- Supervise the contracting team in reviewing documents and approvals before creating client contracts.
- Explain and negotiate contract terms with clients, improve SLA for the contract signing cycle, and deliver contracts to clients.
- Archive and maintain control over all sales agreements, client contracts, and documents.
- Establish a reporting system for all stages of the contract.
- Act as the point of contact and source of information for projects, unit specifications, pricing, and payment terms for all departments.
Supervising on:
- Daily control and update of the CRM system, including inventory, payment plans, documents, and approvals.
- Review and manage the sales process.
- Collect and analyze data.
- Prepare reports on marketing, sales, and operations.
- Assist the sales team, particularly in managing schedules and distributing sales documentation.
- Assign leads to the sales team through rotation.
