• Assist in Writing, revising, editing and proofreading company Policies and procedures and related documents as needed
• Formulates departments and employees’ Key Performance Indicators (KPI) based on the objectives in order to measure employees’ performance in an accurate manner to support the accomplishment of the company’s strategic goals
• Develops and updating job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee
• Assists with development/implementation of performance evaluation and rewards systems

• Make HR Metrics Monthly Included (Turn over rete – Absence Rate – overtime rate – Attrition Rate – Hiring Report)
• Keep Alignment with Projects & operations To Make Sure the Target is Achieved
• Staffing Plan by Coordinate with Project Department
• Determine Training Needs By Coordinate With Department Manager
• Make a Survey in the Market to Determine the Budget of Training Needs
• Take Approval from Top Management
• Create a Training Plan
• Implement a Training Plan
• Man Power Plan & Job Analysis.
• Targeted recruitment strategies effectively based on detailed personnel forecasts.
• Organized files and records and handled other support tasks, freeing up managers to take on more pressing responsibilities.
