Sourcing qualified applications to fill the vacant positions in the company. By using the available sourcing tools such as online platforms (Bayt.com & Linkdin.com…etc.) and job fairs and finally the received resumes by E-mail or in site.
 Source, screen applicant’s resumes and creates a long list of qualified candidates for the vacant position.
 Coordinate with the concerned persons in other technical departments to review the applicant’s resumes in order to create a short list of candidates to be interviewed.
 Arrange for both HR & Technical interviews, participate in the interviews.
 Follow the recruitment procedure in order to complete the required forms for the selected applicant for the vacant position, then send his profile to personal department in order to proceed with the Job offer.
 Produce the Monthly HR KPI (Absenteeism rate, Sick leaves, Head count, outsourced head count, training hours, hiring and resignation) presentation to HR Business partner.
 Update Monthly HR activities, facilities and training reports and presentations.
 Update organization structure and Job descriptions according any new modification in the reporting line inside the company departments.
 Act as process administrator for Employees Performance Appraisal during the year:
 At the beginning of the year, insure with all departments to create their tentative objectives for the team.
 Provide support to departments superior during the APR process.
 At the end of the year we collect the APR from departments for planning & Evaluation Phases.
 Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
 Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan.
 Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for departments.
 Coordinate effective induction and orientation sessions (Safety, FS, Quality …. etc.).
 Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.
 Produce the training tracking hours report.
 Providing support across the company:
 Assisting with facilities, premises, and office management.
 Day-to-Day purchasing and supplier management.
 Making hotel bookings for staff as required.
 Work with operations Co-Ordinator to ensure that H&S records are maintained to expected standard.
 Provide support to the operations Co-Ordinator on major projects relating to premises.

HR Specialist
