I have a BA in English Literature and very good writing and
speaking skills. Also, computer and internet knowledge is one of
my skills. I can learn and handle any Computer program or web
site task. I have very familiar experience in Microsoft Office.
Also, I have completed the Toyota IOM Customer Relations
Development Program. I have got a practical training in
Customer Relations at Toyota Iraq and SAS Dealer in Erbil,
specifically in Call Center, Writing a Costumer Complaint, Sales
Survey, Service survey etc. And working on Toyota Autoline
System, TIQ and SAS Ticket System.
