● Support talent identification and provide full cycle recruitment including ad placement, resume screening, phone screens, interviewing, reference check and offer generation.
● Investigate and resolve all retail employee complaints, issues, and concerns regarding employment practices, working conditions, disciplinary actions, originating from various sources.
● Assist with complex worker’s compensation, leave of absence and accommodation issues.
● Manage payroll and timekeeping systems.

● Prepares tax filing documentations in accordance with relevant tax legislation.
● Assist various annual projects like annual salary review, bonus calculations, performance appraisal & budgeting.
● Build and execute engagement plans with the organization.
● Perform full spectrum of human resources generalist and related administration duties.
● Support Human Resources policy and procedure formulation and execution
● Maintain human resources information system and related databases.
● Prepare human resources memos, letters, reports.
