Senior IT Business Analysts
Main Role:
An active team member in ATLP (Advance Trading and Logistics Platform) Project
Gathering business and technical requirements for the following project :
- FIMS Food import and Export management system in ADAFSA
- The integration with OGA’s in ATLP platform ( which contain gathering technical and Business requirements for services in OGS’s related to Import and Export )
Preparing the BRS for the integration which contain integration scenarios , workflows, mockups and service card
Building Reports and Dashboards for systems according to the customer needs
Work with the development team internally and the customer to meet the project goal.
Support Specialist
Main Role:
Set with the customer to gather there need for corresponds management system
Customize the system according to the customer needs
Training the end-user about the corresponds management system
Solve system problems.
IT Expert (System & Application Section)
Main Role :
To Gathering business and technical requirements, Testing, Quality Check and Control, Analyzing business and system processes, Change Management, Support External business users (from Local Customs Departments), Support internal business users in system debugging and checking lifecycle, training the admins and end users. For the following projects :
UAE customs Gateway system: a project with local customs departments with SSO.
Team member in Unified Customs Platform Project
System infrastructure upgrade, System Upgrade and Data Migration project.
Developing and Deploying TIR system: a system with RTA (Road Transport Authority), ATC (Automobile Truism Club) and local customs departments.
Developing Truck Tracing system by dealing and integrate with RTA(Road Transport Authority )
(EState) A system to integrate with Local Customs Departments Statistical systems.

Main Role:
Assembling installation and testing of computer hardware
Preparing analytics about network infrastructure and computer.
Analyzing business needs and suggesting new solutions.
Gathering new systems requirements and analyzing solutions.
Administering and maintaining Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS 2007).

Main Projects:
MAQASSA UAE-GCC Customs Claims Clearance System: May 2010 – Feb 2011
My role was to manage this project from analyses and HW requirement phase to system launch.
MCS is a web application built on top of SharePoint 2007 by a SW vendor. This system serves claims clearance between UAE and GCC countries and connects Local Customs departments to FCA and FCA to GCC information center.
Upgrade all Network infrastructure and security : April 2010 – Dec 2010
My role was planning for network upgrade, dealing and meeting with networking companies to choose the most suitable solution to upgrade FCA network infrastructure.
