 Performing all stock transactions through Oracle and performing all shop transfer transactions between WH
and other shops.
 Support the CC team to achieve their KPIs.
 Handling customers' inquiries and complaints.

 Liaison between various departments to ensure inventory correctly.
 Communicated with all levels of management.
 Problem-solved and analyzed inventory reports and numbers.
 Perform all stock transfer transactions between us and other shops and WH.
 Perform customer service duties such as answering questions about available inventory, item description,
pricing, and shipping.
