• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Review the current and final extracts.
• Review the price differences studies submitted by the project contractor.
• Doing a Quantity Surveying and specification.
• During implementation:
1- Calculating the actually executed monthly quantities and reviewing them with the quantities of the monthly extract according to the signed receipt minutes and the business statement.
2- Ensure that the extract quantities do not exceed the quantities in the table of quantities (B.O.Q).
• At the end of the project:
1- Make a complete inventory of the actual quantities of all items at the end of the project and compare them with the quantities of the final extract.
2- Keep a copy of all approved project documents, to ensure that the extract quantities do not exceed the quantities in the bill of quantities
