-Responsible for all related administrative actions related to trainings such as pre and
post assessments, google forms, training links or any other training needs
-Manage part of the company’s social media.
-Supports employee through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
-Develop and maintain a filing system
-Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
-Take accurate minutes of meetings
-Manage deadline and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time
-Book travel arrangements when needed
-Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times.
-Booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
-Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
-Assists in planning and arranging events.
-Handles expenses and billing cycles
