As a graphic designer and an IT support technician, I have a diverse and valuable skill set that combines creativity, technology, and problem-solving. I am currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in information technology at Syrian Virtual University, where I am learning the latest trends and techniques in the IT sector.
I have over two years of work experience in different roles and industries, such as graphic design at Hawara Bros, technical support at PCWorkshops, and accounting at United Exchange Company. In these positions, I have created visual content for various clients, resolved IT issues for customers and colleagues, and managed financial transactions and reports. I have also earned the Mexoxo – Take The Lead certification from Cornell University, which demonstrates my leadership and entrepreneurship skills.
I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and applying them to solve real-world problems.
